Diversity is a core value of our dynamic organization
We are committed to demonstrating equity and fairness through inclusion of diverse associates, customers, and suppliers.
Every day we bring our diverse cultures, backgrounds and talents together for a common purpose—to provide the world's best customer experience. We strive to create an inclusive culture where our differences (including but not limited to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, veteran status, or pregnancy) are embraced, celebrated, and leveraged.

Inclusion is How We D.O.
In 2019, we launched an Inclusion Campaign to optimize our diverse talents and foster a more inclusive organization. Senior leaders across the country hosted launch events to kick-off this ongoing journey by engaging associates and highlighting the value and importance of an inclusive company culture.
We have cultivated our DE&I vision from our successful Inclusion Campaign efforts. Our Dynamic Organization is in a continuous state of becoming more inclusive. We do that by offering opportunities for our associates and leaders to increase their cultural competency and to authentically support our cutomers and communities.
DE&I Mission Statement: We value and connect diverse people and perspectives, amplify marginalized voices, and enable business performance through strategic collaboration.

Associate Resource groups
We know that winning requires the efforts of our whole team of associates who bring their full authentic selves to work. Our all-inclusive Associate Resource Groups (ARGs) are volunteer, company-supported and associate-driven groups, drawn together by common characteristics, purpose and commitment to being a resource for our associates and the organization. ARGs create diverse and inclusive experiences that:
