Accounting/Finance

Business Administration
You can apply your Business Administration degree within any one of several functional areas: Customer Care & Financial, Sales or Corporate & Operations Support, to name a few. Each ensures the highest levels of customer satisfaction and return to the business.
Enterprise Communications
UScellular’s Enterprise Communications department develops and delivers communications strategies both internally and externally. This can vary between: internal executive communication, frontline communications, intranet solutions, external media relations, PR and Corporate social responsibility. Computer Science / IT
Information Services is the technological backbone of the UScellular system, delivering better services through effective use of our technology and an understanding of customer needs. Many roles in Information Technology, Engineering & Network Operations require experience in E.E., application development, computer science or IT.

Engineering is our network's eyes and ears, ensuring that our coverage is efficient and consistent. Human Resources
If you have a degree in HR, you can play a major role in our success. Because talent drives us forward. There are several departments within product marketing and brand marketing that collaborate daily in order to build market share, build our brand & products, and create customer loyalty. Sales
You can apply your degree to a variety of roles on our Sales team including Retail Wireless Sales Consultant, Business Account Sales Executive, Wireless Solutions Architect, Business Devlopment, Store Manager or Sales Manager. Each role is designed to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction and return to the business.
Supply Chain / Operations

Program Components
Your leader and other mentors will provide guidance throughout the summer. In addition to assigned projects, you will have opportunities to learn about other areas and departments. The following program components will be part of your internship: • Real-world, professional career experience where team input and participation is essential. UScellular is an energetic and challenging work environment where individual development is needed to drive superior results for the organization and the individual intern.
• Dedicated time each week to learn about all of our business units so you can see how your contributions impact other parts of the organization. And you’ll hear directly from all levels of leadership.
• Top Intern Contributor Scholarship recognizes superior contributions to the team, quantifiable results, individual initiative and personal development. Award winners receive a $1000 scholarship to assist with college expenses.
• We make connections. We schedule time to have fun, allowing you to meet your intern peers from across our organization. We also use technology to create opportunities to share time with each other throughout each week.
