At UScellular® we share a common purpose regardless of your role, allowing us to solve problems as a team.
Building Better Communities—it’s not only what we do, it’s who we are. We invest in the communities where we do business and we show how much we care by donating countless hours of our time, talent and energy to local organizations, groups and causes that we are passionate about.
We support K-12 STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) educational programming through national relationships with Boys & Girls Clubs of America and JASON Learning to make sure the kids of today have the job skills they will need tomorrow. We engage with local Clubs by bringing our time, talent, and financial resources to create meaningful impact in our communities. Our work with JASON Learning focuses on developing unique curriculum to encourage students to consider careers related to STEM and provide teachers with the resources to promote opportunities in this field. Our philanthropic strategy engages our associates in volunteer activities and helps develop a talent pipeline for future STEM leaders.
Doubling Our Associates' Generosity
UScellular associates have big hearts—and it shows in our Associate Matching Program. We match their charitable donations to eligible 501c3 nonprofit organizations dollar for dollar, up to $2,500 per associate per calendar year, up to our annual cap of $250,000.
We're in the business of connecting calls—and people. The passion our associates have is on full display every day. You can feel their energy as we volunteer across our communities. We offer resources for group volunteering as well as individual volunteering, in-person or from the comfort of your own home.

Note: UScellular reserves the right to amend, modify, revoke or terminate any of its benefit plans, in whole or in part, at any time, for any reason, without prior notice, and without approval of any employee, former employee or other person.
Training and development
We live in an era of rapid change and complexity. But the team at U.S. Cellular takes the time to care about you—and your success. We’ve made an exceptional commitment to training and development. That means you’ll receive learning and performance tools, foundational programs, onboarding courses and other resources. Plus, you’ll get training that’s unique to your individual role.
